I started shooting at 16 years old with a traditional bow and immediately loved archery. However, my heart was not yet into archery, as I devoted all my time to training my new puppy, a German Shorthaired Pointer who is a descendant of a NAFTA Champion dog. Against all odds, being that this was the first dog I ever owned or trained, he went on to win the prestigious title of Champion of Canada awarded by the Canadian Kennel Club, after competing against 1,400 other dogs.
I am a firece competitor and work to succeed in 3-D Archery. I shoot in the Open Category - i.e. Adjustable sights, mechanical release and long stabilizer. My advantages over other shooters are my personality, versatility, ability to grow, trilingual ability, kindness and knowledge of all aspects of hunting. I welcome and work to educate new archers who are willing to learn.
I belong to the Mil-Arcus Archery Club in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu and participate every week in Quebec regional competitions. I also volunteer as an archery coach.
