Steve has built and exceptional reputation as a fair chase hunter. He is quoted as saying, "it's not what we do,,,it's who we are, and I am proud to be a hunter."
His portfolio included many different North American big game animals, many of which are of P&Y and B&C class from the 'inches of antler' perspective. However, Steve takes more of a conservationist approach by making certain that the animals harvested along the way are of sound age class to ensure the future of his hunting heritage.
Steve is a Cabela's Ambassador and host of WildTV's hit outdoor program The Edge.
Recently retired five year CFL veteran, 100th Grey Cup Champion, and Washington State Alumni, Joe Eppele has moved back to his hometown of Squamish BC to reconnect with his childhood traditions of hunting, fishing, and foraging in the coastal mountain ranges surrounding Squamish BC.
Using the same intensity and focus used during his athletic career, Joe enjoys overcoming the physical/mental demands of the hunt with the ultimate goal of finishing every season with a full freezer. As a proud conservationist, Joe believes it is essential to pass these traditions on for generations to come.
Eric Gryba considers himself a jack-of-all trades. A pretty apt description considering that the 6'4" 29 year old is not only a professional hockey player but also an avid hunter, angler and wannabe grillmaster.
He approaches every aspect of his life with the same drive that fuels him on and off the ice.
His philosophy of 'never stop learning' is self-evident as he pursues his passion for the outdoors while embracking a truly field to table lifestyle.
Never stop living. Never stop learning. Never stop grilling!
