Vortex VIP Warranty

Our warranty is about you, not us.


VIP stands for a Very Important Promise to you, our customer. We will repair or replace your Vortex® product in the event it becomes damaged or defective—at no charge to you. If we cannot repair your product, we will replace it with a product in perfect working order of equal or better physical condition.

You see, it doesn't matter how it happened, whose fault it was or where you purchased it. If you ever have a problem, no matter the cause, we promise to take care of you. You can count on the VIP Warranty for all Vortex Optics riflescopes, prism scopes, red dots, rangefinders, binoculars, spotting scopes, tripods and monoculars.






The VIP warranty does not cover loss, theft, deliberate damage, or cosmetic damage that does not hinder the performance of the product.

Vortex Canada administers the Vortex VIP Warranty in Canada for Vortex Optics (USA). The Vortex VIP Warranty is the policy and responsibility of Vortex Optics (USA).

VIP Warranty Procedure

Step 1

Please print and fill out the Warranty Repair Form (.pdf)  

Step 2

Ship your product in a cardboard shipping carton to the following address:

Vortex Canada
45 Airpark Place, Unit #5
Guelph, ON
N1L 1B2

We ask that you pay for shipping one way to us and we will cover the cost of return shipping to you.

Step 3

Once we receive your product we will evaluate your product and repair it at no charge. Some items will need to be shipped to Vortex USA for repair, Vortex Canada will cover all costs associated with shipping and brokerage to and from the USA.  Should your item not be repairable, a replacement will be sent.

Step 4

Vortex Canada will promptly ship the repaired item back to you at no charge.
